WHAT IS 3 WAY INTERPRETER CALL?

If you need to speak to a colleague or business partner in another part of the world (or even the same city) and need interpreting services, we can offer you this over the Internet. There are NO telephone charges apart from any Internet connection charges you may have; instead, all audio goes via the Internet, saving you long-distance telephone charges.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The process is simple: at the appointed time you, your colleague(s) and our interpreter meet online using a free program called NetMeeting, and the conference call begins. Up to 5 participants in different parts of the world can take part in this conference (including interpreter[s]).

This meeting can be supported by data-conferencing if desired; this will let you collaborate on Word, Excel and other documents.

We offer these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please give 24 hours advance notice if possible, although in many cases we will be able to provide the service at shorter notice.
